Q1. Would we use a large or a small apature to achieve a shallow depth of field?
Ans. Large

Q2. When would we use the ‘S’ control setting one the camera mode dial.
Ans. To change the speed of the shutter e.g if youre taking action shots

Q3. What do we do to make the camera achieve focus?
Ans. Hold the shutter down half way.

Q4. Name three items needed when producing a seamless background lighting set-up
Ans. White backdrop, redhead lights and light stand (and tripod)

Q5. When focusing the camera, what do we place on the object/subject to ensure it is the center of focus?
Ans. A green rectangle appears over the object that is in focus.

Q6. What must we do when we finish using the light to ensure it doesn't get broken?
 Ans. Leave it alone to cool. (dont touch the bulb if changing, oil from fingers can cause the bulb to burst when bulb heats up.)
